Booking and confirmation
Your date is confirmed only after we receive the advance mentioned in your quote. Until then, the date stays open for other bookings.
Pricing
Prices are per plate. The final price depends on your menu, guest count, location and serving style, and we share it in your quote before you pay.
Serving styles
Delivery is available for any order size. Buffet and Banana leaf setups are only done for 60 guests or more. Orders under 60 guests are treated as Delivery by default. Food quantity is calculated per plate for the number of guests you give us. We always send a buffer of at least 6 extra pax, so there is no unlimited food for Buffet and Banana leaf service.
Guest count and menu changes
Please confirm your final guest count and menu at least 48 hours before the event. Changes after that may not be possible, and any increase depends on availability.
Payments and cancellations
A 50% advance confirms your booking, and the balance is paid on or before the event day. If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, we refund the advance after deducting any costs already spent on your booking. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the advance is not refundable.
Food safety and allergies
Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you enquire. We prepare food fresh and follow hygiene practices, but please inform your guests if they have severe allergies.
Delivery and setup
Please share an accurate address and make sure we can reach the venue at the agreed time. Delays caused by access or venue issues may affect serving time.
Your privacy
We only use the details you share on WhatsApp, like your name, date and location, to prepare your quote and run your event. We don’t sell your information.
